In just five weeks, Grant Ellis has narrowed his women down to the final four on Season 29 of The Bachelor. The four remaining women — Litia Garr, Dina Lupancu, Juliana Pasquarosa, and Zoe McGrady — will take Grant to meet their families during hometown dates on the March 3 episode.

The former professional basketball player has obvious connections with all four ladies, so how things go with their families will be crucial in the way things move forward. Although things can change quickly as the final rose ceremony approaches, we’re breaking down the final four and who we think Grant should end up with, based on what we’ve seen so far.

Who do you think Grant will end up with? Let us know in the comments section below.

The Bachelor, Season 29, Mondays, 8/7c, ABC

Zoe McGrady on The Bachelor
Disney / Matt Sayles

4. Zoe McGrady

Zoe is the only remaining woman who has never had a one-on-one date with Grant. She expressed her concerns about this during the February 24 episode, but he assured her that he still felt strongly for her, which he proved by giving her a rose.

“Her boldness was something that was interesting,” Grant told Us Weekly. “She really was there to put herself out there, and I saw that. Then getting to know her story, I could really relate to her.”

Yes, there is clearly something there between Zoe and Grant, but without that one-on-one time, there’s no way he can have as deep of a connection with her as the other women. In fact, their conversation this week is the first time we even really gotten to see them talk in a meaningful way. It just doesn’t seem like it’s in the cards for Zoe to move on much further.

Litia Garr on The Bachelor
Disney / Matt Sayles

3. Litia Garr

Grant has very clear, strong feelings for Litia. When Beverly Ortega had to leave for a medical emergency, Grant basically gave her one-on-one date to Litia, then chose her for more one-on-one time in Episode 5. In a confessional, she was the first woman to admit that she’s falling in love with Grant, too.

“We connected emotionally and were attracted to each other. Going into hometowns, I was just trying to see what the dynamic would be like with the family,” he explained to Us Weekly.

Ultimately, I think this will end up being their downfall, with Litia’s dedication to her Mormon religion as the factor that keeps these two from ending up together. On their one-on-one date, Litia opened up to Grant about her faith and how important it is to her family. He was extremely supportive and, considering he gave her a rose, was clearly still interested in exploring their connection.

“I wouldn’t consider myself a super religious person, but I do have faith,” he added. “[Litia being Mormon] didn’t make a difference as long as the root was there. When things get tough, you have to rely on that belief because life throws curveballs at you.”

But, as Grant himself admitted, his lifestyle doesn’t fully align with that of someone who’s Mormon, and I simply think this will be what ends up coming between him and Litia. We’ve all seen the previews for the end of the season and how much Grant struggles with choosing between his final two women. It could very well be that he feels torn because religion is the thing that’s holding him back from going all-in with Litia.

Juliana Pasquarosa on The Bachelor
Disney / Matt Sayles

2. Juliana Pasquarosa

Grant had an incredible one-on-one date with Juliana in Episode 5. By the end of it, he was even admitting that he could see her as his wife in the future. There’s no denying that there’s something special between them. And don’t read too much into the fact that she had her one-on-one so late in the season. The same thing happened to Catherine Giudici, and now she’s still married to Sean Lowe today.

However, there just seems to be something missing between these two. I can’t fully put my finger on it, but somehow their relationship seems a bit more surface-level than the others. Perhaps it’s just not translating to television, and it’s also something that could go away by the time things progress a bit further, but right now, I’m not fully invested.

Grant acknowledged this himself, telling Us Weekly, “From night one, we really connected over our love of playing the piano. We always had that physical chemistry, and then we started to really develop an emotional connection. Every relationship was different, but that was a relationship that really developed over time.”

Dina Lupancu on The Bachelor
Disney / Matt Sayles

1. Dina Lupancu

Okay, this might be a bit of a hot take since we haven’t gotten too much Dina and Grant content, but of all the women in the Season 29 cast, she came off as the most mature and ready for marriage. At 31 years old and successful in her career as an attorney, Dina has the emotional maturity to make this work.

Grant has harped on the fact that he’s felt like a “lone wolf” most of his life and opened up about how he didn’t have a strong family connection growing up. Dina is one of 11 siblings, so her family can provide something that he’s never had. I think Dina’s hometown date will be an eye-opening experience for Grant, and if it goes well, could solidify her spot as a frontrunner and give us a chance to see their connection on a deeper level. On the other hand, it could be overwhelming for Grant, in which case my opinion about this pair’s future could possibly change!

Grant has admittedly never been with someone like Dina before, so I think she would be a welcome change for him. “Dina was really independent and really strong,” he told Us Weekly. “It was a newfound relationship for me, and I was really intrigued by that dynamic because I had never had that before. It opened my perspective a lot. Our relationship really progressed over time. She was really type A and very organized, but she also had a deeper side to her. Time really was the overall factor in that relationship.”
