The Golden Bachelorette‘s first-ever Men Tell All aired on November 6, and wasn’t it a joy to see these men back on our screen? Someone is bound to snatch them up, right?

Will one of them follow in Gerry Turner’s footsteps and become the next Golden Bachelor? Let’s sure hope so! Could it be the charming Gary Levingston, the adorable Charles Ling, or Kelsey Anderson’s “hot dad,” Mark Anderson? Whomever it might be, it’ll be a treat to watch them go along the journey to find their sunset years soulmate.

For Joan Vassos, the decision between frontrunner Chock Chapple and ER doctor Guy Gansert is proving to be a difficult one. Swooon spoke to some of Joan’s suitors after the taping of the Men Tell All to get their honest responses about becoming the lead of The Golden Bachelor Season 2.

Charles remarked, “This is a million-dollar question to answer. It’s a big surprise.”

As he emphasized how the Golden Bachelorette healed him, he also realized how the fandom embraced him. He said, “I have so many lovable fans out there, and I really appreciate it.” As for becoming the lead of The Golden Bachelor, he told Swooon and other outlets, “It’s probably too early to consider that question at this moment.”

Not revealing much, Mark stated, “I’ve given it a thought. I think I would. I think I would.”

Is he already in talks for the next installment, or is he dating One Tree Hill alum Barbara Alyn Woods instead? The army veteran was quick to become a Bachelor Nation favorite. Everyone would be ready for the silver fox to take on the lead role.

“Well, of course,” Gary happily said. “I don’t know that I would really be as good as some of the other guys, but I’d be humbled and honored.”

The inspirational godson of Tina Turner reiterated that, “It’d be a lot of fun,” which doesn’t surprise us much considering he always brought good vibes along the way.

The delightful Keith quipped, “I would recommend Mark. I think the world wants Charles. Everybody wants Charles. My kids want Charles. I think they were rooting for Charles more than me.”

Though he also offered some more personal insight about why The Golden Bachelor might not be the right call for him. “This process is difficult. You only have so much time to meet somebody in the weeks you have with them. I think that I fall in love very fast. I give my heart very quickly, but I don’t know that this process is exactly for me,” he said.

“I’m not close to that,” Pascal said about his internal debate about the franchise. “I had the chance to see Joan during the process. She was running like a marathon. She was busy dropping me after a date and then go and take a shower and go on another date. It was a lot of work. So I’m not close to that.”

He also admitted to not exactly liking the parameters. The 69-year-old clarified that, “I think they would have to modify the age a little bit for me. I like my partner to be in their early 50s, mid 50s. I wouldn’t go out with a 72-year-old woman.”

The Iowa resident made a big impact on the audience with his ability to be open and vulnerable. “It’s a flattering proposition, but that’s completely out of my hands. I just have to put that in the hands of the franchise and see what happens,” he said when asked about The Golden Bachelor.
