It’s been more than a year since six Charleston, South Carolina, high school couples had to make the decision to break up or stay together before heading off to college on Prime Video’s Sweethearts. Although the show just premiered in February, it was filmed in 2023, so there’s been a lot of time for things to change since then.
While it’s rare for high school relationships to work out after graduation, some of these couples are still going strong today. Scroll down for an update on where the pairs stand nearly two years after their high school graduations.

Miranda & Quinn
Miranda and Quinn are going strong! The high school lovers are still together and both attend the University of South Carolina. They told Us Weekly that they “hang out all the time.”
“I think both of us just really did our best to make sure we were both comfortable making sure we were both OK starting college and going through that whole process — all these new classes, meeting all these new people,” Quinn shared. “I think we both did really well at communicating with each other and just voicing our problems, voicing our opinions, working things out. It worked.”
