Unfortunately, it won’t be a real one, but to see Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, and Misha Collins all on the same show again — The Boys — will be quite the treat. This reunion of sorts is happening the same year the beloved series is turning 20.

Jared Padalecki
Jared Padalecki and Genevieve Padalecki have a Supernatural love story! The two met on the set of the hit show. When Genevieve joined the show in Season 4 as a replacement for Katie Cassidy‘s Ruby, that’s how she met her soulmate in Jared.
The Gilmore Girls alum went down on one knee at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in October 2009. Four months later, they walked down the aisle.
Residing in Austin, Texas, with their three kids, Thomas, Austin, and Odette, Jared and Genevieve have created a beautiful life together. Genevieve also appeared as Jared’s onscreen wife in Walker.
Jensen Ackles
Yes, you might recognize Jensen Ackles’ wife, Danneel Ackles, from her recurring guest role as Anael in Supernatural (and also as Rachel from One Tree Hill).
The two had been dating long before her stint on her husband’s series. However, they did meet on the set of Ten Inch Hero.
Saying “I do” in 2010, the Ackles are going strong almost 15 years later. They share three kids together, Justice Jay and fraternal twins, Zeppelin Bram, and Arrow Rhodes. Just like his onscreen brother, the family also lives in Austin, Texas.
Misha Collins
Misha Collins and partner Emily O’Connor are very politically engaged. The two even hard launched their relationship on Instagram during the Democratic National Convention in August 2024.
Collins captioned his post with, “Emily’s so excited to be here, she finally let me post a photo.” Since then, she has been featured on his platform more frequently. He has two kids with his ex-wife, Victoria Vantoch.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan
Let’s all be honest, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton are definitely what the cool kids refer to as “couple goals.” Becoming an item in 2009 after being set up on a blind date by the Ackles, it became apparent that the two just fit. The One Tree Hill alum and Morgan, who played John Winchester on Supernatural, have proven over and over again how amazing they are together. Another Supernatural love story has made it onto this list! Ruth Connell and Rob Benedict, who played Rowena and Chuck Shurley/God, respectively, met while working on the series and quickly fell in love. The two got engaged in 2024 after welcoming their daughter.
Emily Swallow
Coming up on their seventh year of marriage, Emily Swallow, aka Amara, and Chad Kimball love to celebrate their adventurous times together.
To honor their anniversary in 2022, Kimball wrote, “I love this lady. She is my super sweetheart and best (and most patient!) friend. Happy 4th Anniversary pardner,” alongside a photo of their wedding day.
The two are proud dog parents to Norma Jean and Arthur Miller. Yes, the cute animals have their own Instagram page!
Kim Rhodes
The Suite Life of Zack & Cody actor has recently started sharing the tales she remembers from her experiences on the set. Yet, that’s not the only thing Kim Rhodes is open about.
Often posting photos with farm animals, the Jael portrayer also occasionally shows a glimpse of her private life with her husband, Travis Hodges. The two tied the knot in 2006 and have one daughter together, Tabitha Jane Hodges.
In 2023, Hodges publicly appreciated his wife and said, “Happy Mother’s Day to one amazing and inspiring woman and mom. Thank you for all you do for me and our family,” on Instagram.
Mark Pellegrino
The Mulholland Drive alum, aka Nick on Supernatural, married his wife, Tracy Pellegrino, in 2008 and gained two stepchildren.
Splitting their time between Paris and Los Angeles, both of their homes prove to be in amazing places. Tracy also has an adorable side hustle where she makes berets for dogs. How very French of her!
Ty Olsson & DJ Qualls
Supernatural really was the epicenter of so many real-life love stories. Ty Olsson (Benny) and DJ Qualls (Garth) didn’t meet on the show, but they met because of it. The actors had a meet-cute at a Supernatural convention. In 2024, Qualls announced their engagement.

Jim Beaver
Jim Beaver, aka Bobby Singer, finalized his divorce from his third wife, Sarah Spiegel ,in January 2024.
A year later, he seems to be single. The veteran actor separated from his first spouse, Debbie Young, merely months after they said “I do” in 1973, but their relationship didn’t officially end until 1976.
Thirteen years later, he wed his second wife, Cecily Adams. Sadly, she died in 2004. He has one daughter, Madeline.
