Does Ryan Seacrest Have a Girlfriend? A Deep Dive Into His Relationship History
With a radio show, hosting gigs on Wheel of Fortune and American Idol, and other professional endeavors, Ryan Seacrest is kept quite busy. However, he’s still made time to let love in his life over the years.
While the broadcaster is currently single and joked in March 2025 that relationships are his “biggest fear,” he’s previously been in several long-term relationships amid his time in the public eye. Seacrest never got married or had kids, though.
“I do want to have kids,” he admitted in a 2021 interview with WSJ Magazine. “But I haven’t even gone down that path, which is nuts at my age. I think in the last year, it’s become clear to me that yes, I do want to do that … I want to be available and present.”

Shana Wall
Seacrest was in a relationship with Shana Wall, a model who has appeared on The Amazing Race, from 2003 to 2005. They were also briefly linked in 2016 amid one of his breaks from the girlfriend he was dating at the time (more on that below).
Jasmine Waltz
Jasmine Waltz, a model/actress who has appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, briefly dated Seacrest in 2009. They reportedly met during a night out in West Hollywood, and the relationship was confirmed when they were seen packing on the PDA in Paris.
Julianne Hough
Seacrest’s first high-profile relationship was with Julianne Hough. The two dated from 2010 to 2013 before calling it quits.
“Every relationship, there was nothing wrong or bad, but there was nothing right,” Hough told Redbook in 2014. “I had one foot out because I didn’t want to get hurt. And I didn’t say what was on my mind because I didn’t want to ruffle any feathers.”
Shayna Taylor
From 2012 to 2020, Seacrest was in an on-and-off relationship with model Shayna Taylor.
Their breakup was confirmed in 2020, with a rep revealing, “Ryan and Shayna decided to end their romantic relationship amicably some time ago. They remain good friends, each other’s biggest supporters and will always cherish their time together as a couple.”
Hilary Cruz
During one of his breaks from Taylor in 2015, Seacrest was romantically linked to Hilary Cruz. However, the relationship was short-lived, and he wound up reconciling with Taylor by the following year.
Aubrey Paige
Seacrest dated Aubrey Paige Petcosky from 2021 to 2024. They kept their relationship fairly private, although she was there for him during big moments, including his final Live! With Kelly and Ryan show in 2023.
