Planning on saying “I do” sometime soon, quarterback Jalen Hurts went down on one knee for now-fiancée Bryonna “Bry” Rivera Burrows.Having been in an on-again off-again relationship since their time at the University of Alabama, the couple hard-launched in 2023 when Burrows joined him on the field to celebrate his NFC Championship win against the San Francisco 49ers.
Afterward, Hurts opened up to Essence, stating that he “knew a long time ago” that she was the woman for him. He added, “I mean, to this point in my life, that’s an irreplaceable feeling. I think that’s what allowed us to get to where we are now.” Hurts and Burrows also confirmed their engagement in September 2024.
Anna Congden
Meeting during their time at Penn State, Saquon Barkley and Anna Congden have been going strong since 2017. The couple has welcomed two kids together: Jada and Saquon Jr.
Barkley got down on one knee in 2024. When asked whether or not he was more nervous about the upcoming Super Bowl or when he proposed, the running back admitted that it was the latter. “I’m just not good with stuff like that,” he said about asking Congden to be his wife during a Super Bowl press conference. “I’m a lover boy, but I’m not like a clever lover boy.”
Gushing about his soon-to-be wife, Barkley stated, “I can’t be the athlete I am and have the success I have in my career without the help of her.” The NFL star continued, “She always has my back, not only in football but throughout life.”
Kelsey Holmer
Kelsey Holmer proved that she is a supportive partner to Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson as she gushed about the team’s accomplishments on Instagram. She stated, “You’re going to your 3rd Super Bowl!!!💚💚💚 LFGGGGGGG!!!” Holmer accompanied the caption with photos of them cheering and smiling.
Coming up on three years of love, they affectionally call each other “bestie.” Johnson was married to Chelsea Goodman before his relationship with Holmer. Johnson and Goodman share three children.
Ali Baun
Tying the knot in New Orleans in October 2020, Zack and Ali Baun have continued to showcase their love for each other to the world. At the time of their nuptials, the linebacker sweetly captioned their wedding day photos, “Yesterday afternoon -10/14/20- I married not only my best friend, but the love of my life. Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you- I love you forever 💕” Since then, the couple has welcomed their first kid, Elian, on April 8, 2024.
Taylor Campbell
Besides supporting him on the field, Taylor Campbell also joins wide receiver Parris Campbell in his passion projects. The two devout Christians have a podcast together, Kicking It With Christ. Their romantic story began in 2017. Four years later in 2021, they officially said “I do.” The Campbells share two kids, Kai and Skylar Reign.
Brooke Kuhlman
This is not the first time center Landon Dickerson has battled it out against the Kansas City Chiefs at the Super Bowl. In 2023, the two teams played against each other as well.
Although the Chiefs won, Dickerson found a way to turn that year around. Fresh off his loss with the Eagles, he wed college sweetheart Brooke Kuhlman on March 25, 2023.
They tied the knot in the South Carolina mountains. “We wanted a ceremony and reception spot that had a view of the mountains,” the bride explained to PEOPLE. “Landon grew up in the mountains and I have always enjoyed hiking, so a mountain wedding just made sense for us.”
They have a DIY Instagram page in which they showcase their home renovation projects.
Annie Elliott
Jake Elliott and his wife, Annie Elliott, have been in each other’s lives for a very long time. The twosome met in middle school, and Annie even admitted to harboring a crush for the kicker at the time.
Their relationship didn’t turn romantic until the end of their college days. Jake was all the way over at the University of Memphis while Annie was studying at the University of Auburn.
In 2020, the two took it a step further and tied the knot. On July 29 2023, the Elliotts welcomed their first son, Beau, to the world.
Mya Danielle
Ringing in the new year engaged, wide receiver DeVonta Smith and fiancée Mya Danielle are ready to celebrate their love. Before Smith went down on one knee on New Year’s Eve, they had already welcomed a son, Kyse, in 2023. The couple is currently expecting another child. Both private people, Danielle still occasionally supports her husband publicly on Instagram.
Jennifer Slay
Although not a professional athlete like her husband, Jennifer Slay was also impressive in her budding career as a basketball player. Her athletic aspirations eventually took the backseat when she became a mother at 18.
Both being teen parents, Darius and Jennifer began to bond in 2015. Three years later, they made things official in 2018. Their beautiful blended family includes five kids. The Slays share a daughter Desirae and son Desmond. The cornerback has two additional sons from previous relationships, Darion and Demetrius. Jennifer’s oldest son is Trent.
Aria Meyer
Fans might not know when Dallas Goedert and longtime girlfriend Aria Meyer first got together, but it is public knowledge that they’ve been in each other lives for a while. Meeting in elementary school, Meyer made a joke alluding to their childhood days in one of her Instagram posts,.”I finally forgave him for hitting me in the face with a football in third grade,” she captioned a sweet photo. Steph Wilfawn
Eagles rookie Cooper DeJean and his girlfriend, Steph Wilfawn, are rather lowkey. Not much about his relationship status can be found on his public social media pages, but fans still caught wind when Wilfawn posted her beau.
The two youngsters have not revealed how long they have been dating, but they do spend certain holidays together such as the Fourth of July. Wilfawn has posted about her times supporting in the past.
Kelsey Riley
Having been a couple since at least 2022, Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown and Kelsey Riley are still going strong. Being the parents of small children, they often lean on each other to make everything work. Their son, Arthur Brown Jr., was born in September 2022. Brown also has a daughter, Jersee, who was born in 2020.
