Who is Don Diamont’s wife?
Don Diamont is married to actress and real estate agent Cindy Ambuehl. They first met in the 1990s when Ambuehl auditioned for the role of Ashley Abbott on The Young and the Restless. At the time, Diamont was on Y&R playing Brad Carlton. She didn’t get the part, but she guest-starred on Seinfeld, Frasier, and more when she was still acting. She actually appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful before Diamont. Back in 1996, she appeared in several episodes as Kim Swanson.

After a nine-year engagement, Diamont and Ambuehl got married on June 12, 2012, in Eze, France. “It was perfect,” the actor told Michael Fairman TV in 2013. “Because we had waited to get married, the boys were older, and we all had many years together. So, a lot of our collective life experiences were brought to bear. It was very much like we all got married. It was very emotional for everyone.”
Diamont also raved over his wife’s sense of humor. “She often brings me to tears and I beg her to stop because I am laughing so hard that I am doubling over in pain. And on top of that, she is gorgeous, brilliant, a hard worker, and an amazing mom,” he said.
When Ambuehl was nominated for the Los Angeles Times 2024 Inspirational Women Awards, the B&B star praised his wife. “I couldn’t possibly overstate how proud I am of my wife! I marvel at how seamlessly she navigates her professional and personal life,” he wrote on Instagram. “Even with the NONSTOP demands of her business, she is the most extraordinary present wife, mother, and now grandmother. I don’t know how she does it, all the while, keeping a smile on her face. My wife @cindyambuehl is ONE OF ONE, and an inspiration to all.”

Before he wed Cindy Ambuehl, Don Diamont was married to his first wife, Rachel Braun. They married in 1994 and divorced in 2002.
How many kids does Don Diamont have?
Don Diamont is a father to seven kids. He shares four sons with Braun: Alexander (Zander), Luca, Sasha, and Lauren. Zander and Luca went on to play college football for the Indiana Hoosiers and Duke Blue Devils, respectively. Sasha and Lauren are Braun’s kids from a previous relationship, but Diamont considers them his own.
“There was never, ever a moment where [anything else] was in my consciousness. It was crucial for me that these guys understand that I was leaving their mother but I wasn’t leaving them. I will always be there for them. I’m here and I’ll always be here,” he told TV Insider about his relationship with Sasha and Lauren while promoting his memoir, My Seven Sons and How We Raised Each Other.
Twelve years before they tied the knot, Diamont and Cindy Ambuehl welcomed twin boys, Anton and Davis, in December 2000. The twins played football together at the University of Las Vegas. In January 2025, Davis announced he was transferring to play football at Sacramento State University.
Diamont also considers his late sister Beth’s son, Drew Mazur, as his own son. Beth died in 1998.
