Surprise! Elizabeth Hurley & Billy Ray Cyrus Confirm New Romance on Easter
Well, this is an Easter surprise no one saw coming. Bedazzled actress Elizabeth Hurley and country singer Billy Ray Cyrus are dating.
The two confirmed their relationship with a joint post on Easter Sunday. “Happy Easter,” they captioned their Instagram post, along with a heart emoji. Hurley and Cyrus shared a cuddly photo, with Cyrus lovingly nuzzling the side of Hurley’s face. The Austin Powers star was all smiles next to her new boyfriend.
Hurley, known for her glam red carpet looks, was decked out in a flannel shirt, blue jeans, and a hat. Cyrus rocked a denim shirt, striped pants, and bunny ears as they posed by a fence together.
Hurley’s 23-year-old son, Damian Hurley, whom she shares with ex Steve Bing, showed his support for his mom’s new relationship. He commented on the post with a celebratory face emoji and a heart emoji. As of publication, it appears that none of Cyrus’ kids have commented.

Cyrus and Hurley’s romantic status surprised many. Little House on the Prairie alum Melissa Gilbert commented, “Wait….what?” One fan wrote, “Oh 😕 who else totally did not have this one on their 2025 bingo card?”
This marks Cyrus’ first high-profile romance since his split from Firerose. They got engaged in 2022, over a decade after first meeting on the set of Hannah Montana. The couple, who had a 29-year age gap, married in 2023. In May 2024, Cyrus filed for divorce from Firerose. The 63-year-old “Achy Breaky Heart” singer had been married twice before to Cindy Smith and Tish Cyrus, with whom he shares three kids, including Miley Cyrus. He also has a son, Christopher, from his relationship with Kristin Luckey.
The 59-year-old actress has only been married once to Indian businessman Arun Nayar. She was engaged to former Australian cricketer Shane Warne, but they split in 2013. She famously had a 13-year relationship with Hugh Grant. The Brits remain friends to this day, and Grant is even Damian’s godfather.
