‘General Hospital’ Star Steve Burton’s Girlfriend Shares Rare Glimpse of Their Blended Family
General Hospital vet Steve Burton has been enjoying this next chapter of his life with fiancée Michelle Lundstrom. The couple got engaged in January 2025 and recently moved in together.
Burton and Lundstrom both have kids from previous relationships. The Barbeque Showdown star recently opened up about her life with the soap star and how they’ve brought their families together.
Lundstrom gushed about living her “best authentic life” with Burton. “Showing our children an example of love and teaching them to lead with humility,” she wrote in an Instagram post. Burton commented, “The best.”

She posted a series of photos, including one of her snuggled up to Burton by the beach. Lundstrom also shared a sweet picture of her two daughters with one of Burton’s kids.
Burton shares three kids—Makena, Brooklyn, and Jack—with his ex-wife, Sheree Burton. They were married for 23 years before splitting in 2022. “I wanted to clear something up. Sheree and I are separated,” he wrote on his Instagram Story at the time. “She recently announced that she’s expecting her 4th child. The child is not mine. We are still co-parenting our three beautiful kids. We would appreciate privacy at this time. Much luv, Steve.”
Two months after Burton and Lundstrom’s engagement, the Netflix alum announced that she had made the move to California to live with Burton. The actor has been a longtime resident of The Golden State because General Hospital films there.
“48 hours in #theoc 🥹 I’m walking on sunshine no matter how many boxes are left to unpack. Thank you for all the well wishes on our move to California!” Lundstrom wrote on Instagram.
The couple hasn’t revealed any updates about planning their wedding just yet. Burton and Lundstrom don’t waste time when it comes to love, so maybe their nuptials will be sooner rather than later.
