Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise will feature singles from the Golden franchise for the very first time, but will Gerry Turner be one of them?

Casting decisions for the upcoming installment are still being made, but Turner said that producers reached out to him about heading to the beach for another shot at love. Turner previously starred in Season 1 of The Golden Bachelor and is now divorced from his final pick, Theresa Nist.

Turner told TMZ that he has no plans to head to Bachelor in Paradise. The main reason? He’s already dated the women who will be part of the cast! The Golden men and women will hail from The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette, but since there’s only been one season of each, the pool of ladies to choose from are all Turner’s exes.

However, he said that he’d possibly be interested in appearing on the show if other women were brought into the mix. He also expressed interest in showing up for a guest cameo, hosting a date, or serving as a bartender on the beach.

So far, Leslie Fhima is the only Golden female cast member confirmed for Bachelor in Paradise. The fitness instructor was the runner-up on Turner’s season, and although they have an amicable relationship now, there doesn’t seem to be any desire to rekindle things on either side.

In December, Turner said that he was dating someone new but didn’t reveal the woman’s identity. It’s unclear what happened with that relationship in the months since. He was only married to Nist for three months before they called it quits last April. Amid the marriage, Turner was diagnosed with cancer, which he said contributed to the split (Nist, however, disagreed).

On Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise, the Goldens will join singles from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette on the beach. Other confirmed cast members include Gary Levingston, Zoe McGrady, Hakeem Moulton, and Jonathon Johnson.
