‘Doctor Odyssey’ Sneak Peek: Shania Twain Returns for Another ‘Sexy Port Tryst’ With Captain Massey (VIDEO)
Make way for the stylish and sensational women coming aboard The Odyssey in the March 27 episode of Doctor Odyssey. In this exclusive preview of the “Sophisticated Ladies” episode, Captain Massey (Don Johnson) gets a surprise visit from a past fling.
Yes, Heather (Shania Twain) is back on the boat. With her perfectly tailored suit, she waltzes right up to Captain Massey, who says he is “happy and thrilled and shocked” to see her.
While she’s ready for some relaxation, Heather’s also missed “a certain sailor I haven’t seen since the last sexy port tryst.” Captain Massey replies, “I think we better leave the public area.” Sounds like another Odyssey rendezvous is on the horizon!
But Heather’s not the only sophisticated lady on board this week. Knots Landing icon Donna Mills pays the ship a visit in the episode, as does Charlie’s Angels veteran Jaclyn Smith, who plays a woman celebrating her one-year anniversary of being cancer-free with her much younger man.
In the March 27 episode, Tristan (Sean Teale) strives to prove himself to Avery (Phillipa Soo), while Captain Massey is shaken by shocking news. Meanwhile, Sophisticated Ladies Week brings a disruptive passenger onboard while the crew navigates the delicate care of a terminal patient.
Soo told TV Insider that Tristan and Avery’s “relationship continues to develop and grow and ebb and flow” in “Sophisticated Ladies” and beyond. Avery recently announced she wants to keep her baby, despite not knowing if the father is Tristan or Max (Joshua Jackson). “There is a love there, and seeing them grapple with all of the conflicts together has been not only just a joy to make and shoot but also to watch their relationship grow has been really fun. That’s really all that I can tease, but I’m very excited about it,” she said.
