Amy Robach Reveals Something She ‘Never’ Experienced Before Dating T.J. Holmes
More than two years into Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes‘ relationship, she still considers him her “favorite person to do anything and everything with.” The couple attended the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 17 and opened up about what they love about each other.
While gushing over her partner, Robach admitted that Holmes has brought something to her life that she’d never experienced in the past.
“He brings so much joy and so much laughter into every situation. I have never laughed so much with one person in my entire life,” she told Us Weekly. “So if you can find someone to laugh with, that’s your person.”
Meanwhile, Holmes shared with the outlet, “I haven’t found somebody I want to grow old with, I’ve found the person I to stay young with. She literally is someone who stops and smells the roses.” He also revealed he loves Robach’s “youthful exuberance, excitement for life, curiosity for life,” which he said he finds “attractive” and “energetic.”
The former GMA3: What You Need to Know cohosts started dating in 2022 amid their divorces. However, news that Robach had separated from Andrew Shue and Holmes was estranged from Marilee Fiebig was not public knowledge at the time the romance was made public. The journalists insist that there was no overlap in the relationships and that they were already going through their respective divorces when they started dating.
They took their relationship to the next level in 2024 when they moved in together. What started as a “trial period” (because Robach’s daughter moved home amid a roach infestation in her own apartment) became a permanent situation.
Meanwhile, Shue and Fiebig have also moved on…with each other. The two were first linked in 2023 and made their red carpet debut as a couple in December 2024. Earlier this year, it was reported that they had also moved in together.
