Are ‘Love Is Blind’ Stars Sara & Joey Dating? The Truth Revealed

Reality Receipts hosts Rikkii and Ashley just revealed some major Love Is Blind post-season tea on their podcast. Joey Leveille and Sara Carton, who both said “I don’t” at the altar, might be dating.
The hosts shared they’ve heard from “a few people” that Joey and Sara “were spotted in a hair salon together.” Other unnamed sources “very close to the situation” have supposedly confirmed that Joey and Sara are an item. At this point, Joey has yet to publicly comment on the rumor, but Sara has opened up.
While this pairing may come as a shock for some, it isn’t entirely out of the blue. Joey revealed in a recent interview with The Drive-In Podcast Network that Sara had been his second-best connection in the pods. They were also seated next to each other at the reunion. Since neither Joey nor Sara are still coupled up with their match from the pods, maybe they’ve found that the second time’s the charm… Or third?

During the reunion, Joey’s ex-fianceé, Monica Danús, revealed that a major reason she couldn’t say “I do” at the altar was his connection with another member of the pod squad, Madison Errichiello. Following the reunion, Madison (who made it clear she was not interested in pursuing Joey) and Monica remain on good terms.
However, Monica and Joey appear to have fully severed ties as the exes no longer follow each other on Instagram. Further, social media sleuths have found that Monica no longer follows Sara.
As for Sara, her ex-fiancé, Ben Mezzenga, may have succeeded in getting back on good terms with her before the reunion, but their confrontation in the special made it clear that they are definitely not getting back together.
Sara & Joey’s relationship status revealed
“Well, to be clear, me and Joey are not dating,” Sara opened up in the March 13 episode of The Viall Files.
She pointed out that the two did have a genuine connection in the pods. “There was a love square between me, Monica, Ben, and Joey. We were all talking to each other until the second to last day in the pods,” she said.
“Of course, naturally, in that circumstance, you do connect with people. I feel like me and Joey did establish a really great friendship.” Yet, the duo didn’t really keep in touch until five months after the experience ended.
Afterward, the two began to pick up their bond again. “[Joey] and five other people visited me in Nashville and we called ourselves the ‘Yee-Haw Crew,’ like, it’s such a good time,” Sara revealed. For now, she did emphasize that there relationship is platonic. “We grew really, really close with each other just because of the support for each other, knowing what we’ve all been through and being able to be there for one another. It’s been super important to me,” she explained.
She went on to add, “This whole situation, I’ve felt very close with Joey. I’m fond of our relationship, but I [also] feel very well-supported by all those involved. I’m just very grateful that I’ve met him, but, yeah, we definitely have a friendship. We’re definitely not dating.”
When asked if it could swing the other way and become romantic, the 29-year-old was coy. “I don’t know what the future will hold… But, I do know for right now, I definitely have no capacity to even think about a relationship,” she replied.
