‘Mormon Wives’ Season 2 First Look: Taylor’s ‘Swinging’ Friend Miranda Joins (VIDEO)
A lot has happened since The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 1 wrapped up.
The show will return for its highly-anticipated second season on May 15, and the Utah-based influencers have gotten their fanbase hyped for the second installment. The first look at Season 2 was released on March 10.
“They are holding grudges because I don’t even know why,” Whitney Leavitt says in the trailer. There will be some good times but mostly iffy moments in the upcoming season. In the months since the show has been off the air, the MomTokers have still been documenting their every waking move.
Not only are three of the cast members expecting new additions to their families, the drama is just ramping up for some of the cast. With plenty of ups and downs in the relationship between Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen that has transpired in the past year, their on-again-off-again romance will be a hot topic in Season 2. “I don’t want to fight with you,” Dakota says in the teaser. “Then don’t,” Taylor responds.
Jen and Zac Affleck are also back for Season 2, and Zac has some groveling to do. With roses in hand, he might actually have a redemption arc.
There’s also a new addition in the second season: a woman named Miranda McWhorter. Apparently, she was the one “swinging” with Taylor.
“MomTok survived,” the girls declare, but can it live through another round of the show? That will be revealed in May.
