‘Love Is Blind’s Taylor & Garrett Dish on Major Life Changes in 2025: ‘A Big One For Us’ (VIDEO)
Another Love Is Blind installment is wrapping up, but fans of the franchise are still not over Season 7’s Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans.
Krause and Josemans bonded over a love for science, similar tattoos, and traveling in the pods. With almost no drama between them during their time on the show, it’s no surprise they’re the only couple of their run still together. Since then, the newlyweds have taken their relationship to new heights.
Living in Fredericksburg, Virginia, for the past year, the duo is now officially on the move. They have begun their house search in Washington, D.C.
“We’re both very averse to anything beyond the D.C. move at this point because that’s such a big one for us. Moving in general just is hard,” Josemans said. “We gotta find a place. We gotta find the right area. [We’re] worried about ending up in the right neighborhood. There’s so many things that go into it, and you want to get it right. We’re very focused on that but very excited about it, excited about starting a life there, planting some seeds, and carving our own little slice of happiness there.”

While that’s a huge milestone for the couple, it’s not the only one they’ve celebrated recently. For Krause and Josemans, their “milestones are just a little bit different.”
Josemans gave an intimate family get-together as an example. “Taylor’s parents and brothers came and visited Fredericksburg for the first time at the beginning of December, and it was during the holiday time and everything. They got to get together with my family,” he revealed. Josemans mentioned that it was the first time the two had blended their families in that way.
He further explained, “Our parents had never really even met … And so, finally, to have that opportunity after so long to get together and just cohabitate, just live, just be a family. It’s nice.”
Looking back on the time between the filming and release of Season 7, the couple faced some difficult situations. “The digital footprint, I think, was the hardest part,” Krause admitted. “Your family knows about it, and your auntie wants to post something on Facebook of the family photo, and you have to be like, ‘Okay, you can’t post that.’ So I think the digital footprint was the hardest part.” Josemans agreed, “Parents just want to tell everybody you know and scream it from the mountaintop.”
They also discussed the internet’s obsession with Josemans’ glow-up. Krause admitted that part of her “felt bad” that everyone thought his glow-up was because of her. “I obviously love that people think my husband’s super hot, but also, if that were me and people were celebrating a woman having a glow-up because she got married to a guy, I’d feel not great about it. So I did feel bad, because I wanted you to get all the credit,” she said to her husband.
Josemans and Krause bonding in the pods over their similar science tattoos made us fall in love with them as they were falling for each other. However, don’t expect to see these two to get matching tattoos any time soon.
“We actually just both got tattoos at the same time recently, but we’re not sold on the idea of getting matching ones because we just think it’s bad luck,” Krause revealed. “It could be similar tattoos,” Josemans bounced back. His wife agreed, “Something science-y, cute, and discreet. And you could do your own thing, I could do my own thing, and they’re not identical.”
