‘When Calls the Heart’s Erin Krakow Gushes Over Boyfriend Ben Rosenbaum in Sweet Post
Be still our hearts! When Calls the Heart star Erin Krakow had the sweetest words for boyfriend and costar Ben Rosenbaum‘s birthday on March 3.
Rosenbaum celebrated his 38th birthday, and Krakow took a moment to send him some love. She shared two photos in honor of his birthday, one with their dog and another of her and Rosenbaum cuddling close.
“Happy Birthday @ben_rosenbaum. You take such good care of us. And you make the world laugh. What more could we ask for?” Krakow wrote on Instagram.

Krakow and Rosenbaum tend to keep their relationship mostly out of the public eye, but they have slowly started to share more insight into their romance. Krakow recently posted a photo with Rosenbaum in honor of Valentine’s Day.
They went Instagram official in February 2024 after fans had speculated they were dating. The Santa Tell Me star shared a carousel with Rosenbaum at the time.
The couple met on the set of When Calls the Heart. Krakow and Rosenbaum have been on the show since its 2014 premiere, playing Elizabeth Thornton (née Thatcher) and Mike Hickam. However, their characters have never been romantically paired up together.
Krakow and Rosenbaum aren’t the only ones who found love on set. Kevin McGarry, who plays Nathan Grant, met his now-wife Kayla Wallace, who plays Fiona Miller, after they both joined the show in Season 6. The two couples love to go on double dates together.
Season 12 of the hit Hallmark series is currently airing now. The season finale is expected to air on March 23. As for the show’s future, Hallmark hasn’t announced whether or not the show has been renewed for Season 13 yet. We’ve got our fingers crossed!
