The Burzek wedding is upon us! Our favorite Chicago P.D. couple Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) are set to tie knot in Season 12, and Squerciati is counting down the days.

The actress revealed a sneak peek at Burgess’ wedding dress options in a new post. Squerciati admitted that she’s “stupidly excited” for Burzek’s TV wedding.

She shared four photos from her wedding dress try-on session. The first look was an elegant halter dress. The second dress she revealed was a gorgeous lace gown with a plunging neckline. The additional dresses included a sophisticated dress with spaghetti straps and a fitted gown with lace detailing.

“I’m stupidly excited for this wedding. YES, I KNOW IT’S FOR TV, BUT PADDY DO NOT LOOK AT THIS POST! 🙈 @grace_loves_lace
Can you all help me choose? I’m genuinely torn. I’d like to know what you like. More later!” she captioned the Instagram post.

Chicago P.D. fans quickly took to the comments to weigh in on their favorite wedding dress for Burgess — and her costars got in on the fun as well! “Oh my gawd marina!!!” Toya Turner, who plays Cook, wrote.

LaRoyce Hawkins, aka Atwater, added, “I’m torn between option 2 and 3.. I’m also torn between who’s best man i should be..”

Squerciati clearly had a blast shopping for Burgess’ wedding day fit. She joked that she was “asked to find a LOW KEY dress” and shared a photo of herself in a ballerina-inspired short dress with a tiara. “Maybe no tiara to compromise?” she wrote.

Chicago P.D. boss Gwen Sigan told our sister site TV Insider that Burgess and Ruzek’s wedding will take place in the season finale. While they have “so much going on in their lives,” there’s a “conscious effort” to “enjoy this time of their life of being engaged and planning the wedding. And it’s something we don’t really get to see so much on the show because we’re usually at work, but to get to remember that they’re planning this wedding and trying to juggle it all and do that while they’re also parenting Mac and working these very high-stress jobs” will be something they focus on.

The couple’s goal will be to “do something special” that “feels a lot like them.”
