Meet the First-Ever ’90 Day Fiancé’ Throuple! Inside Matt, Amani & Any’s Relationship

90 Day Fiancé is keeping things fresh with a new addition for Season 11. For the first time ever, this season will feature a throuple.
Matt, Amani, and Any are the trio who make up the throuple. Matt and Amani are a married couple and are looking to bring a third person into their relationship. Enter: Any, who’s from Mexico.
Scroll down for everything we know about the relationship.
Matt and Amani’s story
Matt and Ami have been married for ten years. They live together in San Diego with their two daughters. However, there are some “difficult nuances” in their marriage.
Amani is bisexual. “I don’t like labels,” she admitted in a preview for Season 11. “It just means I love all types of humans.” She has explored polyamorous relationships with her husband in the past.
“In the beginning I would say I was probably a little vulnerable to think there was something I wasn’t able to fulfill for her,” Matt added. “The more we talked about it, the more we opened up to the idea together.”
Matt and Imani’s relationship with Any
Any is a single mother and exotic dancer who lives in Tijuana, Mexico. It’s unclear how the trio met, but they “fell in love” and were together for over a year at the time they filmed the show.
“We have a girlfriend,” Amani said in a clip. “Her name is Any, and she lives in Mexico. We’re a throuple. A throuple is a three-people relationship. You’re dating that person, so you’re emotionally involved, physically involved, mentally involved. Nothing’s off the table.”

Unfortunately, with Any residing in Mexico, the threesome was dating long-distance. “Every throuple is different, but we speak every day,” Amani continued. “We know each other’s children. We celebrate holidays. You hear each other fart. Having a long-distance relationship is hard because you can’t have that physical touch and attraction together, but we try to keep it spicy and interesting.”
She also shut down the “stigma” surrounding throuples, adding, “It’s very sexualized. A lot of people assume it’s just a hookup. It’s actually a long-term commitment, just like any other two-person relationship.”
Why are Matt and Amani divorcing?
With the trio wanting to make their relationship permanent, the show will document them as they hope to bring Any to the States for good. However, that means that Matt and Imani have to divorce so one of them can marry Any and move forward with the K1 visa process.
“First, they will travel to Mexico to spend more time with Any’s family and friends and confirm they are making the right decision in their relationship journey,” a press release revealed.
