Who Is Scott Foley’s Wife? Inside the ‘La Dolce Villa’ Star’s Marriage to Marika Domińczyk
Scott Foley is a happily married man! The actor, who stars in the new Netflix romance film La Dolce Villa, has been happily married to Polish actress Marika Domińczyk since 2007.
Before tying the knot with his now-wife, Foley was married to Jennifer Garner from 2000 to 2003. The two met after she guest-starred on an episode of Felicity. How did Scott Foley meet his wife?
Domińczyk’s sister, Dagmara Domińczyk, is responsible for this couple getting together! She worked with Foley on the Broadway play The Violet Hour in 2003 and decided that he would be a good match for her younger sister.
However, Foley and Domińczyk have an eight-year age gap, so he was a bit skeptical at first. “She was 23, and I was 31. She came in like a bat out of hell,” he told People in 2019. “[She was] this little thing, and [I was] like I don’t know if I can handle that. That was a lot, but she is stunningly beautiful.”

Domińczyk was still intent on making it work with her now-husband, though. “We all went out to lunch and my sister already told me he wasn’t into it because I was too young,” she added. “He wanted to pay for my and my sister’s lunch, and I said ‘Great, if you pay for this lunch then you have to let me take you out.'”
What does she do?
Domińczyk is an actor just like her husband. Her television roles include appearances on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, North Shore, Bones, Brothers & Sisters, Rizzoli & Isles, Criminal Minds, and more. She also had a recurring role on Grey’s Anatomy during Season 13.
In 2019, Foley and his wife both starred on Whiskey Cavalier before its cancellation. “I was a little nervous about working with my wife, as I am sure you guys can understand,” he told Access Live. “There is home life and there is work life and you like to sort of keep them separate, but we make it work and we love it. We are having a great time.”
Do Scott Foley and his wife have kids?
Foley and Domińczyk are the proud parents of three children. Their daughter, Malina, was born in November 2009, followed by sons Keller and Konrad in April 2012 and November 2014, respectively.

While appearing on the Why Mommy Drinks podcast in 2021, Domińczyk said, “I was very fortunate. I had one miscarriage pre-Malina, and then everything after that was fine. It was funny because every pregnancy was completely different, but all no surprises.”
Where do Scott Foley and his wife live?
The family lived in Los Angeles for years before relocating to Connecticut in 2020. “I was sort of hesitant because of the nature of what I do and being in Los Angeles has always seemed sort of important,” he told People. However, Domińczyk had been wanting to return to the East Coast, where she grew up, “for a while,” he added.
It wasn’t until his then-preteen daughter asked Foley why the family didn’t have a plane that he changed his mind. “I thought, ‘Hey babe, it’s time to move,'” he recalled. “That was really the main impetus. Not that they couldn’t have a normal life in Los Angeles, but we felt it would be a bit easier to make their lives normal somewhere else.” Of their new spot, he said, “We really like it. I’ve lived in L.A. for 30 years and came to believe winter sucks. I’ll tell ya, winter’s not that bad! We kinda liked it, being inside and hanging out with one another.”
The family also briefly lived in Prague while Foley and his wife were filming Whiskey Cavalier in 2018.
