‘The Challenge’ Stars Nany González & Kaycee Clark Split More Than 1 Year After Getting Engaged

A fan favorite couple from MTV’s The Challenge has called it quits. Nany González and Kaycee Clark announced their breakup on Saturday, January 25, with a joint statement on Instagram.
The shocking news comes more than a year after González proposed to the Big Brother veteran in September 2023.
“After a lot of reflection, Kaycee and I have decided to go our separate ways,” González posted on her Instagram Story. “This definitely wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s what’s best for the both of us. Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way — we’re both moving forward with love and kindness in our hearts & we ask that you respect our need for privacy at this time.”

The message was signed by both of them, and Clark posted a version on her Story as well.
Clark and González first met and became friends on The Challenge: Total Madness, which they filmed in 2019. However, they didn’t get together until two seasons later. On The Challenge: Spies, Lies & Allies, the ladies’ love blossomed, with Clark even organizing their first date on the show.
In September 2023, they announced that they had gotten engaged in Thailand. “From the moment I met this woman, I knew that she was someone special,” González shared at the time. “Our paths crossed in the most unexpected way, and I am forever grateful for that chance encounter. My heart is full of love and gratitude for the joy you have brought into my life, Kaycee Noelle. Our love is unconditional, a love that is meant to last a lifetime, and I am blessed to spend the rest of my days growing old and loving you every step of the way.”
Clark most recently appeared on Season 40 of The Challenge, while González is set to return on the upcoming season of The Challenge: All Stars.
