Jesse Palmer Gives ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Season 10 Update & Teases ‘Changes’ to the Show
After a hiatus in 2024, Bachelor in Paradise is making a comeback this summer with Jesse Palmer back as host, and plans are already in motion for the highly-anticipated return.
“I am supposed to be talking with some people about it pretty soon, but I’m so excited,” Palmer tells Swooon. “I am expecting some changes. I don’t know what those changes are going to necessarily be. I certainly have my own hopes what it might be, but I’m just really excited to get back to the beach personally, and to see our lovely cast, and to hopefully see some people fall in love and get engaged and to be back with [bartender] Wells [Adams].”
Palmer hosted Season 8 and Season 9 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2022 and 2023, respectively, and said he had an “amazing time” leading the show. “I missed doing it this past year, so I can’t wait,” he added. “But I don’t know exactly what the new changes might be.”
In July 2024, ABC confirmed that Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 was officially greenlit for 2025. While there was no reason given for the missing 2024 season, the network has had plenty of Bachelor Nation programming to keep busy with. Season 1 of The Golden Bachelor premiered in the fall of 2023, followed by The Golden Bachelorette in fall 2024. Plus, Season 28 of The Bachelor and Season 21 of The Bachelorette were on the airwaves in 2024.
So far, Jonathon Johnson and Hakeem Moulton have both been confirmed as BIP Season 10 cast members. Both men appeared on The Bachelorette with Jenn Tran and became fan-favorites after they were eliminated. One person who has already said they don’t plan on coming to the beach is Maria Georgas, who made it to hometown dates with Joey Graziadei before being eliminated.
While Bachelor in Paradise has produced plenty of successful love stories, there are no couples still together from the past two seasons of the show.
