‘Bachelorette’ Jenn Tran Makes Surprising Confession About Sasha Farber Romance
What’s really happening between Jenn Tran and her Dancing with the Stars pro-partner Sasha Farber? Are they officially dating, or has their showmance fizzled out?
With inquiries back on the rise after the two attended a Vanity Fair party together on January 4, it’s time to listen to the source herself. With not many obvious answers out and about in the world, Tran decided to clear up some of the confusion during Harry Jowsey‘s Boyfriend Material podcast on January 7.
“Sasha is done giving me free dance lessons,” Tran eagerly shared with the listeners. And this wasn’t even the only update she provided. While speaking to the Too Hot To Handle star, Tran stressed that she and her rumored beau were “fast friends.” The Australian influencer didn’t necessarily believe Tran’s “just friends” take. He jokingly fired back, “Is that what we’re calling it?” Yet, to his surprise, The Bachelorette Season 21 lead doubled down with “yes.”
“We were just really good friends for the longest time,” she said before clarifying, “Still a really great friend.”
When prompted about her living arrangements, Tran was quick to answer coyly, “I love his couch. It’s very comfortable.” She further explained, “He needs a dog walker, and I’m walking his dogs for him.”
Jowsey, however, didn’t believe Tran and later on asked, “Are you guys gonna have kids?” Tran immediately responded, “That’s a crazy thing to ask…I am not ready for kids.”
Just like Jowsey, she did mention wanting to eventually become a “young, hot” parent. The physician’s assistant student did admit to not purely having had platonic feelings for Farber. “Dancing is so intimate. It’s physically impossible not to somewhat feel something,” she explained. “Whether you are in a relationship or not you are going to feel some type of way.”
Despite reports of a romance between Tran and Farber (they have yet to confirm anything publicly), she emphasized that she needs to jump back into the dating pool.
The 27-year-old shared that she hasn’t truly reflected on what happened during the final stretches of her relationship with Devin Strader and the After the Final Rose special. Not wanting to worry anyone, Tran quipped, “I’m pretty good.”
The DWTS alum is aware that what happened on The Bachelorette won’t be easy to shake moving forward. “When you have the ultimate betrayal from someone you thought you were going to spend the rest of your life with that stays with you onto your next relationship,” she admitted.
