Hoping to find out what is happening in the love lives of Abbey, Journey, and Tanner? Well, you’re not alone.
Following their romantic endeavors through Love on the Spectrum, the reality TV dating show guides people on the autism spectrum as they go on dates and experience relationships. They also get relationship help from Jennifer Cook, a dating coach.
The Netflix hit was adapted from the Australian program of the same name. The series creator, Cian O’Clery, then joined the American spinoff to ensure Love on the Spectrum would be handled in the respectful way he originally intended. The series has captivated millions of viewers around the globe. So, what’s going on with Season 3? Let’s break down the latest updates.
Is there going to be a Season 3 of Love on the Spectrum?
Yes! On World Autism Day, April 2, 2024, Love on the Spectrum was officially renewed for a third season. This was done via a special event honoring the creators as well as the participants of the show.
O’Clery revealed to Parade, “We are extremely happy to be able to continue telling the stories of a diverse range of individuals on the spectrum and to be able to continue to shine a light on people who aren’t often represented in the media.”
When will Love on the Spectrum Season 3 premiere?
Netflix hasn’t confirmed a release date yet, but it is expected to return in 2025. Season 3 production began in May 2024, so it would make sense that the show would return sometime this year.
Previously, there was not a set schedule as the first season premiered in May 2022, while Season 2 appeared on Netflix in January 2024.
Are any couples of Love on the Spectrum still together?
Favorites Abbey Lutes and David Isaacman are still happily together. The two, who took a romantic trip to Kenya in Season 2, have even discussed marriage. They first met during Season 1. The couple recently had a date night out at the Mufasa: The Lion King premiere in December 2024.
It is rumored that Dani Bowman and Adán Correa are still in a relationship. They prefer to keep their relationship mostly off social media. “Adan and I are currently staying connected through text messages,” Dani told Netflix in January 2024. “Our last date was in July, and I recognize that he’s juggling a busy schedule with college and a part-time job. I genuinely wish we could find more time to spend together.”
