Is ‘Golden Bachelor in Paradise’ Happening? Jesse Palmer Finally Gives an Update

Joan Vassos and Chock Chapple are still celebrating their fairytale ending after getting engaged in Bora Bora, so now it’s time for the other elderly lovers to embark on a journey full of happiness, right?
One way to meet potential lovers is on another spinoff, Golden Bachelor in Paradise. After the success of The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette, Bachelor Nation wants to see their Golden faves get another chance at love in their sunset years.
With plenty of stories to tell, wisdom to share, and friendships to be made, Golden Bachelor in Paradise would be more than the drama-intensified younger version of the popular reality show. So, what’s the latest? Scroll down below to read all the information out there!
Has Golden Bachelor in Paradise been confirmed?
Yes! Well, there won’t be a separate Golden Bachelor in Paradise spinoff, but Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise will feature some of your Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette faves heading to the beach during summer 2025. The news was confirmed by host Jesse Palmer during The Bachelor Season 29 finale on March 24.
Months before the confirmation, Palmer opened up to Swooon, “I am all for Golden Paradise. I think that’d be great,” he said. He did have one request for when the series is about to happen. There are a few locations he doesn’t want the bunch to go to, including “Atlantic City or Naples, Florida.” The former football pro jokingly admitted, “It would have to be somewhere tropical, maybe with air conditioning. That probably would be a good idea for this group.”
Fans of the show are already all in, with someone commenting on The Bachelor subreddit, “I just want the gals from Gerry [Turner]’s season to meet the guys from Joan’s season. Golden paradise.” Another fan agreed with Palmer, “This but they need a different location. Old folks need access to better amenities and air conditioning. I say put them on a cruise ship together or at a resort in Florida.”
But some even have a completely wild plan in mind: “I want a combined Paradise with the older and younger people from the franchise.” Looks like this person is getting their wish!
Who is in the Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 cast?
Palmer has already confirmed two cast members from the Golden franchise for Bachelor in Paradise. Turner’s runner-up, Leslie Fhima, is headed to Mexico, as is Vassos’ contestant Gary Levingston. Both are fan-favorites. Meanwhile, from the original franchise, Zoe McGrady, who was on Grant Ellis’ season of The Bachelor, is also headed to the beach.
There has only been one season of The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette each, but there are still plenty of options for who else could join the cast. Of course, there wouldn’t be much of a show without Susan Noles and Kathy Swarts, so fans are hoping that they’re part of the crew. But, also, many of The Golden Bachelorette men would rock the fans’ world.
There’s simply no point in a Golden Bachelor in Paradise without Charles Ling on a tropical beach becoming buddies with all the other contestants. Others that would fare well are Jack Lencioni, the man who just loves to go into the pool and have a cannonball or two; and Pascal Ibgui, some drama could never hurt.
Another one of Joan’s suitors who was able to capture the hearts of Bachelor Nation is resident “girl dad” Keith Gordon, and he has already told Swooon that he is all in! “I still recommend maybe not putting a bunch of us old people on a beach with our bathing suits,” he joked. But give Keith a nice resort and some pickleball, he’d for sure take the flight to open up his heart again.
When does Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 premiere?
An exact premiere date for Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise, which features the Goldens, has not been confirmed, but Palmer said that it’s coming “this summer.”
