What is The Later Daters about?
Dating coach Logan Ury helps a batch of boomers find love again. Some are widowed, others divorced, and a select few have just been single for a long time. Now, they all have one goal in mind: to find their sunset years soulmate.
Rooted in their own routines, the contestants on The Later Daters get help from their family, friends, and Ury, who is currently the Director of Relationship Science at the dating app Hinge and wrote the self-help dating book How to Not Die Alone. The showrunner of Queer Eye and the co-creator of Love on the Spectrum are also attached to the project.
The six boomers, aged 56 to 71, are ready to embark on a new journey. The Atlanta area inhabitants include Anise, 62; Suzanne, 63; Nate, 56; Pam, 71; Lori, 57, and Greg, 61, who are all excited to share their new and improved romantic lives.
