Tis the season to find the next Mr. Christmas!

On October 31, the brand-new Hallmark+ series Finding Mr. Christmas will kick off the search for the next Hallmark hunk. Ten aspiring actors will compete in entertaining challenges—with a Hallmark twist, of course.

Before the competition gets underway, get to know the men vying to become the next Mr. Christmas: Blake Kelley, David Habashy, Daxton Bloomquist, Elijah Malcomb, Ezra Moreland, Gage Robinson, Hayden Maher, Isaac Ramirez, Jonathan Wells, and Parker Gregory. Swooon is letting these holiday hunks (as well as host Jonathan Bennett) tell you about themselves – from their favorite classic Christmas movie to holiday traditions to their relationship status.

Only one will be crowned Hallmark’s next leading man. The prize? A leading role in one of this year’s coveted Countdown to Christmas movies on Hallmark Channel.

Bennett is pulling triple duty as the co-creator, executive producer, and host of the network’s first reality competition series — and he knows he’s got a Hallmark hit on his hands.

So, what makes a great Mr. Christmas in his eyes? “They have to have their star quality. That thing that makes the viewer sit up in their chair when that person comes on screen. What is it about them that you can’t explain, that thing that makes you want to watch them? I say the star is someone you would sit and watch him read the phone book, and that’s what we found,” he shared.

Melissa Peterman serves as the lead judge of the series, and she’ll tell you how tough it was to be surrounded by such handsome men. “Not all heroes wear capes, is what I would say to that. It was hard. It took a lot out of me, but I did it for the people,” she quipped.

The Reba star “got so emotionally invested” in the hunks “because they all had such great stories, and they were so willing to tell us these stories. They came from different places in their dreams of becoming an actor.”

Finding Mr. Christmas is a reality competition series, yes, but it’s so more than that. “We are a reality show with heart,” Bennett said. “No one does that. You don’t see that out there.”

Fall in love with all the men of Finding Mr. Christmas above, and let us know who you think should be crowned Hallmark’s new leading man.
