Heading into the fantasy suites episode, The Golden Bachelorette star Joan Vassos is scared to admit that fears are creeping up on her. Dwindling from 24 to three men, her remaining suitors are Chock Chapple, Guy Gansert, and Pascal Ibgui.

In a preview for the upcoming episodes, Joan feels it’s “possible to find love” again after losing her husband. Then, things take a dark turn when Joan reveals that one of her suitors told her, “I know what real love is, and I don’t feel it for you.”

Could it be Pascal? While in Tahiti, Joan tells him during a ceremony that her “fear” is she won’t be “honoring John’s memory” by moving on with someone. Pascal knows that Joan is “not OK,” and he’s left frustrated. During a stressful moment, Pascal turns away the cameras.

However, it appears that Chock and Guy are confident and ready to drop down on one knee if the opportunity presents itself. Chock says to Joan, “I’ve been so lucky to find you. I’m the happiest guy.” However, doubts about Chock start to surface as well. “Maybe Chock’s just too good to be true,” she says.

At the end of the preview, a tearful Joan says, “It hurts to think I might leave with nobody.”

During the hometown dates, Joan hopped from Reno, Nevada, to Chicago, Illinois, and then to Wichita, Kansas, to meet the families of her final four men. The 61-year-old admitted to getting closer to the “love stage.” She sent Jordan Heller home after the revelation that he hadn’t loved someone since he separated from his ex-wife a decade ago. Joan thought he might not be ready for something serious yet.

How will it all end? The Bachelor franchises are known for their twists and turns. We, for one, are still not over the Jenn Tran and Devin Strader breakup announcement during After The Final Rose at the end of The Bachelorette Season 21.
